2) Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or have a guardian’s consent) to place an order. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and complete.

3) Products & Descriptions
We aim to display product information, images, and dimensions accurately. Minor variations in colour, finish, or materials may occur. These do not constitute a defect. If an item is not as described, your rights under our Refund & Return Policy apply.

4) Pricing & Taxes
Prices shown include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing or typographical errors at any time. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

5) Orders & Acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. Order confirmations are acknowledgements, not acceptance. We accept your order when we dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel any order (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, or payment problems). If we cancel, you’ll receive a full refund.

6) Payments
Payment is taken at checkout. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. You authorise us to perform checks to prevent fraud. We do not store full card numbers; payments are processed securely by our providers.

7) Delivery
Processing time is typically 1–2 business days; standard UK delivery is 3–5 business days after dispatch. Delivery timelines are estimates and can vary due to courier delays or events beyond our control. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

8) Risk & Title
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Title passes once we receive full payment.

9) Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Your rights and our procedures are set out in our Refund & Return Policy. Please review it before initiating a return or exchange.

10) Cancellations (Before Dispatch)
You may request cancellation before dispatch for a full refund. If your order has dispatched, please follow the return process.

11) Faulty or Not-as-Described Goods
Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply. Where a fault is confirmed, we will arrange a repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

12) Promotions & Discount Codes
Promotions are subject to separate terms and may be withdrawn at any time. Only one code may be used per order unless we state otherwise. Promotions cannot be exchanged for cash.

13) User Content (Reviews, Photos, Feedback)
By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it for marketing and site display. You confirm you own the rights to any content you submit and that it is lawful and non-infringing. We may remove content that violates these terms.

21) Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Courts of France  have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting your statutory consumer rights.
